why would you say something like that because hes black.. the hulk was big and strong and hard to hurt and they made a movie about him ...and what about iron man that was a waste of money... at lease luke cage has a side kick call iron fist that he teams up with and that should make the movie very interesting....but anyway i think the big guy that played in friday after next...is the perfect luke cage

Can someone explain to me as to why they would make this movie in the first place?? I have nothing against the actors or the characters, but I see it as a waste of time to put money towards a movie that has a high chance of not making it. What is so impressive about Luke Cage that would make people want to see a movie about him? He's big and he's strong and he's hard to hurt. I can see them f*cking this character up big time.
