well, what can i say? the fact is, 'this movie is way better than 'twilght' i've never seen it 'but' the reviews and trailers, have made me not want to to see that crap. then i saw this masterpice online last night. and the trailer to it, dos'ent do the film justice. this film has a simular love story to twilight, but with out cheesy acting,lines and well all things between. it's what made me care for vampire movies more...lol there is still hope in the love vampire films after seeing this. i hope the remake is just as good as this! anyways enough girly talk down to the 'review'

now, first off... i hate subtitle movies, but now' i've grown to like them. this is a sweedish film. and like a few other films, from outside the usa. this film rocks, sure it's no 30 days of night or dark knight! but it's a very enjoyable film.

the story, is about a boy who falls in love with a girl, who happens to be a vampire...whoo how exicting, this story is getting boring now, but this movie dos'ent go boring and stale with it's story like some others. true i did give it 3.5, but it's cause the story is a little overdone? but regardless it made me watch the whole movie to the sad ending..

it strays a little far away from gore, true this film has it's bloody scenes but it's no 30 days of night. but' it did'nt need to be gory, it's a dracula love story type film. the pacing maybe slow to some, others will just think it's fine. i thought it was decently paced, true it was'nt fast and was kinda slow in parts. but either way you will enjoy it.

now as for acting the kids were..amazing believable. the adults and other cast did good job.. but the kids are what made the acting superb. now as far as love story? this is one guys like more...i think... girls may like it, im sure they would say twilight is way better...heh heh yeah right...lol but like i said this review is coming from someone who dosent like romantic vampire storys,movies..etc. o if you like this type of film or just want a good worth watch movie, that is a masterpice in it's genre 'WATCH THIS'

    I was actually being nice with that statement JR. I got bent out of shape with you about Solace because of WHY you liked it, not because you liked it. I don't have an anger problem, I just like expressing my ideas...that's why I've been chosen to be an ambassador to represent my school at a college this Spring. Knowing how you act, plus what you have written as your headline on your profile, I just considered you were trying to spite me by watching the movie after I've been exclaiming how great it is. That's all. Peace

    ummm, no ummmm no i got the movie from watch movies.net *sshole. and i never saw your review. and if you look at my profile you will see i saw it from megavideo...duh! i saw it last night and i deleted you from myspace so how did i get it from you? anyways and 'how' is doing this review, make me get revenge on someone with an anger problem? if anything it was to make pepole who hav'ent seen it 'to' go see it' if i wanted revenge i would bash you on every thread, even if i did read your review i didnt steal anything. i never read any of your blogs on myspace! so dont think i took your ideias. this came from me i saw it last night. anyways thank you very much!

    You got the full movie from my blog on myspace. You even got the fact that this is better than Twilight from me. If your doing this just to spite me, you have no life at all. Have you ever considered how pathetic you are that you have to get "revenge" on someone on line?...hmmm...

    Anyways, IF you even watched the movie, your welcome for posting it and I'm glad you liked it, but don't think you have to do it just for revenge because it makes you look really pathetic.
