Lake Dead: Review By MovieGuy

Lake Dead Has got to be one of the worst "After Dark Horrorfest" movies. Lake Dead is about three Sisters who inherit a motel after their unknown Grandfather dies. The three Sisters and a group of their friends head up to check the motel out and find a family of psychos who live there. I had my Doubts about this one, as I do with all movies like The Texas Chainsaw Massacre.

Lake Dead offers nothing new to the horror genre. I almost would rather watch Rob Zombie's movie, instead of this. The only reason this movie has this rating is because of some nudity and a good one liner at the end. This isn't even a bad but fun movie to watch it's just out right bad. Even Rob Zombie's scripts are better then this and that's not saying alot.

I can think of a better way to spend 90 min. If your looking for a enjoyable After Dark movie, then I recommend Dark Ride or The Gravedancers. In the end don't bother with this movie unless you want to be bored out of your mind.
