This film is great, Nicolas Cage is a great actor in this film. Alex did a wonderfull job making this film.

The SFX are amazing... except for the smoke from CGI fireballs.... they're a bit cheezy!!!! Oh, well..... Other from that, the rest of the SFX are great....

The whole idea of the blonde dudes being aliens trying to save us and the other creatures of Earth from destruction of a massive solar-radiation storm from our sun.... is kind of "Mehh......... that's cool." It was sad when John couldn't leave with his son with the aliens to live on. Then he finally went to his parents house for the first time in years and sped his last moments with his family.....

Heh.... after seeing this film is very questionable to real life and how this can happen at any time.... Well... we'll see what happens in 3 years when the year 2012 arrives...
