This film is a great though and opinion taken from real facts and is a great story by Oliver Stone that make the mind wonder about the facts and the events leading up to and after the Kennedy assaination. One key quote helps to drive and is the core of the film with a conversation between Kostner's charter and X. "Jim Garrison: I never realized Kennedy was so dangerous to the establishment. Is that why?

X: Well that's the real question, isn't it? Why? The how and the who is just scenery for the public. Oswald, Ruby, Cuba, the Mafia. Keeps 'em guessing like some kind of parlor game, prevents 'em from asking the most important question, why? Why was Kennedy killed? Who benefited? Who has the power to cover it up? Who?"

It is this question that fuels this three hour drama that seems not even that long since once they uncover one thing they create an obstical to the next. With key roles from joe pesci, gary oldman, and tommy lee jones. This film lets you get you true conspiracy mind out for a walk with this entertaining mystery. This movie is only second to what would win the Oscar that year for best picture Silence of the Lambs. This is a movie that everyone should see at least once and then spend a couple hours discusting afterwards.
