This THING is directed by James Issac who directed some THING that was written by Todd Farmer. This film is just horrid . And I feel sick just writing about it.

So, this is how I'm going to end this very short review. Horrid, disgusting, retarded, insulting.

    I consider this one to be the "alternate timeline" Jason movie. Like a "non-canon" if you will. Jason X takes place way farther in the future, and as it is unknown what happens to Jason since the last movie in continuity (FvJ? FvJ-2??), we assume in the beginning of this, yes, he is still actively killing. OK...

    But suspended animation? "Metal upgrade"? Uber-Jason? Are you kidding me? The weapons were badass, but as far as 'bad' goes, the acting was, the direction and the entire movie was. Only good thing is Kane Hodder came back. Why? It's anyone's guess. And why DID Sean S. Cunningham come back to do this? It was only right that his legacy was to die with The Final Friday.
