hey, right there at the beginning when od and louis are discussing makes of guns and prices ,did any one notice that scene playing just slightly faster(and i do mean slightly) than normal, like the tape was being speeded up or something, look at lou's head the way it moves when he hands his glass off to be refilled. i noticed it on my dvd and vhs version.

AK-47. The very best there is. When you absolutely, positively got to kill every motherf*cker in the room, accept no substitutes.

too wiseguy..........i think it's his best, maybe, ..i must say that i've probably seen it more than pulp fiction and resovoir dogs. the first time i saw j b i didn't get it right there at the end scenes,i mean, who gets qt movies the first time anyway,He makes um that way ,one reason i believe is to get people to come back and spend more green but one thing i like about jb is there's talking
(like qt movies are, kinda like a "hang out with us" feel)
instead of bombs blowing up the whole , I didn't feel like i was being hurried though the story like most movies these days,example... ateam ,the losers, and even the expendables -action packed but plots lose focus in the caos of all the cgi and explosions. i've seen new things after watching jb a number of times and watched the story from different angles and perspectives. pam grier and robert forester are ...glad qt brought um back, Robert rodreigus is about to bring steven segal back in a big way ,i hope. him,don johnson(from the orig. miami vice) and robert denerro in the same movie, unfreaking believable!

Great acting, fantastic dialogue, and a clever plot top this little underrated gem at the hands of the genius filmmaker and writer Quentin Tarantino. Surely, not his best film although being a great, entertaining, and very solid one.

did i mention below that this is my fav. q. tarrintino movie!
like natti vatali said on the tv melonie was watching..."read it!"
if you haven't seen this one more than once and you didn't like it the first time ,maybe because of the twist at the end ,try it a couple of more times and watch the movie kick in like a sonny cheba whip wap to the jaw.

Pam G.(Jackie Brown) ,sammy jackson,rob.d.,and michael keaton...these stars are still shining. I've seen this movie a bunch, and it's still very entertaining. I like the scene with Tony Curtis on the tv talk show. How about when pam's character says BOOYA!, in the dressing room when passing fonda's character the money under the door.

One thing about tarantino is you get to spend time with the people in his movies instead of skipping most of the talking and blowing every thing up the whole time with cgi . He's one of the originals for sure that still knows what a movie is.He does need to cut down on some of the f words though because I don't know many people who talk that way over and over like a string of ignorance.
Some older movies are better and seem more thought out when it comes to dialog.(Watch some bogart, cagney, john wayne.) Think about all the interesting "dialog" that could be inserted where they say f this and f that, and goddam over and over like a broken record .It is like these people slept all the way through english class. No rudeness intended but you gota admit ,it can make you say "sh*t ,I can write this stuff!" ,you know what I mean. There's a scene in death proof where the girls are arguing, portiers character I think, and she is just portrayed as an ignorant bad mouth ,Tarantino can do better I think when it comes to word play because this kind of thing gets old and it will if it doesn't change.
QT is a definite in the area of movies, don't get it wrong ,I'm just saying do better, and you'll do better.

  10. NAME GOES HERE

Why have most people i speak to ever heard of this movie?
Why has no one ever left a comment?
    It's Tarantino's forgotten/underrated film but i loved it!
Every frame was a perfect homage to the blaxploitation genre and it could not have been done better.
I love all works of Tarantino but this one was really something else.
    Recommended to all...
