This is about two identical strangers who meet by chance. One is a the cultured daughter of a wealthy widower, Alyssa Calloway, the other is a tomboyish orphan named Amanda Lemmon. When the two meet, they conspire to match up Alyssa's father Roger Calloway with Amanda's case worker Diane Barrows and to get rid of Roger's child-hating socialite fiancee, Clarice Kensington.

I've seen this movie the first time during the 1990's as a kid and saw it again after so many years as an adult. This movie still has the charm it once had from when I saw it the first time. It's a great story with some funny and endearing moments, but with a few cheesy moments as well. This is a movie that both kids and adults can enjoy together without feeling saturated with the overly cute and cheesiness factor.
