Iron Man lives up to my expectations of a great superhero flick, and Robert Downey Jr. even pulled it off much better than I'd expected. He truly defines the Tony Starks personality, probably because of his background of drug-abuse and his ups and downs. 'A likeable *sshole', said the director.

It has great story (at least to the half part of the movie, after that I found the story somewhat rather predictable). But still, it's a nice blend between action, humor, and a few drama with great visual effects. And I like how the character is compromised and then transforms, from a selfish egocentric and naive character into something more, while maintaining his sense of humor as a human in a suite. That's what every superhero have, dilemma.

Still, despite of its few flaws, it's a very cool movie. There are only few great superhero movies out there, but Iron Man deserves a spot among those few. Definitely.
