Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince: Review By PhxtonyMex
Overall the film is flat, no climax, I felt nothing towards the end.
Prisoner of Azkaban remains the best of the series and Goblet of Fire Remains the worst and not just in the Harry Potter series....

However I did like the simple, realistic, and dark tone. The acting is much better, the sets are great, and most of the movie is good but I felt nothing at the end. I thought the director was going some where with this but he did not give us any magic.
The ending of the Half Blood Prince is probably the most significant point in the whole Harry Potter saga and if felt like any other scene.
....But I did enjoy it more than the fourth and fifth film.
Thanks.
p.s. Warnings spoilers ahead...
Ok, ok, ok.
For those who are confused with the whole bipolar comment, here you go.
I meant that the part in the Harry Potter SAGA (Harry Potter 1 through 7), not the movie, is the most significant point. That scene felt, to me personally, like any other scene in the whole film. There was not tension build up for that moment. WE were suppose to see that dark mark in the sky before harry and dumbledore got back to the castle, signaling someones death, which would have created some tension but it was deleted. And why send all those death eaters? when all they did was dance their way down the castle with only doing real state damage? I meant these are ex convicts and killers, in the book there is a battle with them and the students but that also was deleted.
Also, I didn't feel sad for Dumbledore death because harry potter and the rest didn't feel like they were devastated, harry looked like he was sad but not devastated. At the end he says "I never realized how calmed this place is", wasn't that the place where Dumbledore died? I mean, what is he talking about??? Snape just killed the most important man in harrys life, he was like the father and the male figure in the last six years for him, and that's all he says?? I felt more when Cedric Diggory died in the fourth film then when Dumbledore dies in this one.
I hope this answer your question.

Foy... 313td... its obvious what he was trying to say. He simply is saying that the ending is supposed to be the most significant part of the story, yet he felt nothing. That it felt like any of the other scenes in the movie. It didn't move him. Why do you find that hard to understand?

I have to disagree, you're saying that at then end you felt nothing, but then you say that the ending is the most significant point in HP series. THAT WAS SO BIPOLAR.
I have to say the other parts of the review are good. but i just wanna understand, why the difference?
