Halloween: Review By renodc
The anticipation of "what's around the corner" is what truly gives this film it's edge. That and the relentless, remorseless, souless, psychotic, sister seeking mass murderer with the cool halloween mask and long knife.

Micheal Myers is a horror character masterpiece. He's not flashy. He just kills, and he does it like he's taking out the trash. What adds to this is that he's somewhat ambiguous. All we know is that he has a sister and that he's psychotic, but what really truly makes him scary is the mask, which is a face completely devoid of emotion. It's that emotionless face and dead eye's behind the mask that is truly unsettling.
