Alright, Rob Zombie's version of this smash-classic is not only perfectly remade but its got a great amount of gore! I was definatly amazed by his remake. I wasn't expecting it to be it good. Usually remakes now-a-days suck but Zombie made this almost just as good as the original. The movie is definatly worth the watch, it's got a lot of blood, thrills, and Michael Myers is seen like never before! The "Halloween" movies being my favorite slasher film-series, I was extremely happy to see that this didn't ruin the original in any way. This is definatly worth seeing if you already haven't.

ACTING:

The acting in this movie was pretty good. There wasn't anything Oscar-worthy, obviously, but the acting for this one didn't bother me to hate every character in this. So, I really can't complain about any of the acting in this movie. It was good. So, don't expect bad acting from this 2007 horror remake.

PLOT:

The plot of this was not only good but I sort of liked the story of this that Zombie created better than the story Carpenter did. Zombie made it a little more creative with the first hour of the movie which is why I liked the story of this one better than the original. But, the original is a little more thrilling and creepy.

DIRECTION:

Rob Zombie does a great job directing this movie. I don't think a better man could've written and remade this movie. Great job to you, Zombie, great job.

VISUALS:

All the gore, the kills, all the visuals in this movie were perfect! All the visuals in this, I loved! The blood and gore and kills were perfect in this film in my opinon!

THE GOOD:

It's a great scare and remake.

THE BAD:

Some of the characters and acting was a tiny-bit dull to me.

OVERALL:

OVERALL, a great horrific remake! Rob Zombie does an excellent job doing this amazing film over! "HALLOWEEN" '07 is definatly worth the watch if you already haven't seen it!

    Good review and totally agreed. Best thing about this remake is that Rob Zombie told the story of Michael Myers very unexpectedly by starting off with Michael's childhood. Once again, good review.
