This is a great horror movie,why are so many people saying it is crap!DO NOT WATCH IF YOU ARE NOT IN TO SEXUAL THINGS!

This is a great movie and the best out of the other eight movies as it was based on the same thing.I dont know why people say it is not a good movie because it is.The story is very good in the way it tells us more about michael and his stay in mental asylum.None of the others really did this and i glad it gave us a better insight as to way michael became a physco and how it developed.Acting is the best thing in this movie and it is brilliant the way people portray their characters.It has been directed brilliantly.The violent scenes have also been well acted and are great to watch.Overall this is a very good movie,BUT STRICTLY NOT FOR PEOPLE WHO DONT LIKE SEXUAL STUFF AND GORE!

    i just didnt like the backstory , most the stuff rob zombie added in . i likd the second half though but that was the stuff from the original so ofcourse it was good ( i HATE!!!!!!! the kid who plays young michael and the backstory is just awful)

    although it is one of the weaker films of the series , i did enjoy it very much . (i thought the added footage in the unrated sukd so i like the original version , unrated suks though ) but , halloween 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , and 8 were better though
