Grindhouse: Review By some_deadguy

Rodriguez, excellent, two thumbs up for "Planet Terror". Quinton, what happened man? "Death Proof" sucked. Actually what I really want to see now the the fake pre-trailer for "Machete". I always liked Danny Trejo, the guy just has that bad ass look to him.

Well, as with both of these movies in "Grindhouse" double feature, the crackling 70's look to the films got real annoying, real fast. It had it's novelty for a few minutes. "Planet Terror", like I said was awesome anyways. Who wouldn't want a woman with an a-k47 for a leg (and sorry to all you gun enthusiasts if it's not an a-k). Lots of good one liners in both films. "You give me some wood, now I'm gonna give you some wood!". I almost wish I had have thought of that.

Anyways, my recommendation would be to buy these flicks separately and just forget to buy "Death Proof". Enjoy...
