STORY: (May contain spoilers, but I don't care!) Like I said before, all the plot was only in the trailer! It was ALL shown from the trailer! This whole movie had NO plot at all! This was the plot that was shown from the trailer: It's, of course, about Gerard Butler spending the rest of his life as an avatar character trapped in a virtual video game while thinking about trying to get out and be with his family again, and stop the creator (Michael C. Hall who is full of sh*t!) from taking evil control of the video game characters...and probably the whole world too! Well, that's it and that's all you need to know! The movie barely follows that plot, but not a single bit! It just focuses on violence, sex and naked women bullsh*t...and I was so pissed off that this movie had no plot at all! If you see this movie, you'll be disappointed! Just see the trailer and then you'll be done! Oh, by the way, during this movie, there's also a humongous fat guy who's sitting on a wheelchair and is playing a hot sexy chick as his avatar while playing the video game Gerard Butler is trapped in! He is such a pervert and it showed him in many parts throughout this whole movie! His character had no point to the story and he should have never been in this movie at ALL! He just made the movie even worse in my opinion!
ACTING: Gerard Butler is a good actor and he is probably the only performance I enjoyed in this movie! The other performances were just horrific! Michael C. Hall is full of sh*t! Alison Lohman had a supporting role in one part of this movie, but I think she should have acted better! Ludacris is stupid at acting after "Max Payne!" And that one chick, who was the fat pervert's avatar character, needed to act like a serious person than just a dirty sexy chick! The fat guy needs to grow up too! That's that with the acting!
DIRECTING: Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor are probably two of the worst directors out in public! I hated their out-of-control camera shots, angles, and movements during this movie! They just gave me a headache and I could barely tell what was going on half-the-time because they were f*cking shaking and fast-moving! The close-up shots on the naked women's boobs were the worst I thought! Since Neveldine and Taylor are also screenwriters for this and their so-called "Crank" movies, I think that they're just dirty trashy perverts who focus only on violence, sex, and naked women and don't focus on any movie's plot at all! They need to get a life than make out-of-control movies for perverts! If they ever make another movie like this again in the future, then I will avoid it at ALL costs! I hate their directing!
VISUALS: The visuals were probably the only good thing of this movie. The action sequences were cool and enjoyable to watch just like in the trailer, but I was still unhappy throughout the whole movie! I was still pissed that there was no plot as I said again and again! Anyway, pretty colorful visuals, but that's about it.
OVERALL: A horrible, horrible movie in my opinion! It's so godawful that it sucks ass! The only thing that's keeping me from giving this movie a complete 0 (or maybe a 0.5) was because the action sequences were enjoyable and they were the only thing I liked about this movie...and Gerard Butler's acting too, so I gave it only 1 star. But it was still overall a terrible movie that should be sued for the stupidity it has: douchebags who are high and love to f*ck women, dirty chicks who can't wear bras and just dance around naked with close-ups of their boobs all of a sudden, and, most likely, the pointless violence that's there for probably no reason at all! This movie just leaves a bad message for dirty perverts and I really do hope that this movie gets a lawsuit! Let me say this: Do NOT see this movie; but if you do, then you'll be completely disappointed like I was! Just watch the trailer only and then you'll be done! Avoid this movie at ALL costs! This is one of the worst movies ever made right next to the 2005 remake of "The Fog!"
