Gamer: Review By RavenX5 God of Light

I went to see Halloween 2 and i was like"really what the f*ck is this?this sucks",it was such a god awful movie

amd it felt like a huge waste of time and money.The next day,we got a special screening to see Gamer,i buy

the tickets with my friends and we saw the whole movie.But when we got out of the movie,our heads were blown away and we screamed and cheer with awesomeness.

U know what,both District 9 and Gamer are now my top favorite movies now,i mean,these 2 movies blew

my f*cking mind away.for those who dont know the story of this movie,it kinda goes like this:its all about

a popular videogame called "Slayers",which allows a player to control a human being in full scale battles.These human beings are actually inmates from prison and there sentenced to play this game cause they

are ordered to.

The toughest inmate is called Kable{Gerald Butler} who wants to escape the game's system to be with

his family,cause he was taken away from him for nothing,so he teams up with this guy{Ludacris} and work together to stop the game and save civilazation from a mass billionaire known as Ken Castle {Michael C. Hall from the Dexter series}.

The story is well done,i mean its so creative and original,just like District 9 did and the whole

"Slayers" thing looks awesome{its like playing Call of Duty 4 but in real life}and the dialouge,while stupid sometimes,its really well written unlike other movies nowadays.The visuals are really cool,this movie should really have been in 3-D,i mean the explosions look badass,the

action is nonstop and the huge OMG moments are jaw-dropping,so yea why the hell this movie wasnt in 3-D?.

The acting is pretty strong and the characters are really likeable,Gerald Butler and Michael C. Hall

were fantastic in this movie and for some reason,i really felt interested in their motives for example:

Kable wants to see his family again cause he wants to protect them from getting harmed and Ken Castle is like an evil version of the Joker going ape-sh*t,cause he wants more inmates in his kill or be killed game.Ludacris and Kyra Sedgwick were also great,but sometimes very gimmick.

Gamer is truly huge fan service,although i really wish this movie were in 3-D,it just a minor problem not that worried.So think very clear when u read this,see District 9 or Gamer,trust me there both good

movies and as for Rob Zombies so called masterpiece Halloween 2 its going to the trash with DB:Evolution.
