Foolish Waise (Griffin) and his brother Fifty Dollah (Master P) are both trying to work their way up in the world. Foolish is a stand-up comic. talented but uncompromising in his quest to make it to the top. Fifty is a low-level gangster who finds himself in hot water with his dangerous boss.
