Well as annoying as this gets, I must carry through with my promise of writing these reviews. Just to let you know though, it really stinks because there are like 6 other non-Pixar movies I need to review. So, at #6, is the most successful Pixar movie, Finding Nemo. This film is great, except for one thing, the main character, a clown fish named Marlin, gets to be really annoying after a while. The film is about two clown fish about to move into a sea aneneme (sorry if that's spelled wrong). They are also about to raise a family, with almost 300 eggs ready to hatch. Then a barracuda comes and eats all the eggs, and the female clown fish. That leaves Marlin all alone with only one egg which he names Nemo. Marlin is an overprotective parent, which proves to suck for little Nemo, who is sheltered from the world, but one day a scuba diver takes him from the ocean, and it's up to Marlin and a fish afflicted with short-term memory loss to save Nemo. Along the way, they encounter several strange situations, the best being something only the writers at Pixar could come up with. An AA meeting for sharks who are addicted to fish. How genius is that! That's so hilarious, you could only expect Pixar to come up with that. Story is okay, but nothing too special, same with directing. The visuals are the absolute best ever in any animated film I have ever seen. They are stunning. The water looks realistic, everything, it's so stunningly beautiful. So, all in all, definitely a great Pixar movie, and one that someone new to Pixar could start with.
