Expecting Mary: Synopsis
"Expecting Mary" is written and directed by Dan Gordon, and stars Elliott Gould, Linda Gray, Lainie Kazan, Cloris Leachman, Della Reese, Cybill Shepherd, Fred Willard, Gene Simmons and Olesya Rulin.
The story, centers around a pregnant young 'Mary' (Rulin), who´s had all the trappings of an upscale life, but it´s only when she finds herself in a small New Mexico town, in a downtrodden trailer park, that she learns the real meaning of love, sacrifice and family.
The star-studded ensemble cast give extraordinary performances in this extremely funny, uplifting and moving film. "Expecting Mary" screened at the Palm Springs International Film Festival and will be the opening film at the California Independent Film Festival on April 22nd. It will open nationwide on September 10th.

Just saw this tonight and was impressed. The film is well made, well acted, funny, interesting. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I really liked it. Definitely go see this movie.
