I figured Employee of the Month was yet another crappy underdog story, but when i saw it i could not stop laughing it was awesome. It's all about a low life box boy, Zach Bradley (Dane Cook), who works at a department store call Super-Club. The head cashier Vince Downey (Dax Shepard) is a jerk who thinks he's better than everyone else because he is. He sets records, gets girls, and has been employee of the month for seventeen months in a row. But when a new cashier Amy Renfrow, Jessica Simpson, Zach finds they have a lot in common but she only dates the Employee of the Month. When Zach reads Amy's Personal File and finds this out he is determined to steal Vince's title of Employee of the Month, but Zach may have to make some changes likr ditching his true friends. This movie is so funny. Andy Dick plays one of Zach's friends and he is by far the funniest guy of the whole movie!
