This is a true delight of a film with a atomosphere that could chill anyone heart. The movie has a way of slowing down and speeding up at the right times. Visual it is one of the greatest films in the last 20 years with a set design and costuming that is second to none. The story which takes us though the begin of the legend of dracula pulls us into a dark world with gary oldman at the healm. For it is Gary who leads this cast in one of the most tremendous roles of his career. He is one of the greatest villians in cinema history with a tremendous supporting cast of Reeves, Hopkins and Ryder. Don't cheat watch this one with the lights of it is the only real way to enjoy it.
