These vampires are nothing like the ones in 'Twilight' (Thank God). How? I'll explain it while I go along with the story. In the year 2019, the vampires only appear in the night time and almost do everything in the daily life of people. If these vampires are touched by sunlight, they began to burn to death. Unlike the homosexual 'Twilight' vampires when sunlight touches them.

A vampire organization captures humans for their blood to survive.

They need human blood. Why? Well without human blood the vampires start to lose their minds and within two weeks they turn into these ugly monsters. But anyways, their blood supply is low, very low. It's all because there not many humans left on the planet.

So they send their best one, Edward Dalton (Ethan Hawke). Edward later teams up with humans to find a cure to turn vampires back into humans again. 'Daybreakers' is a stunning and thrilling vampire Sci-Fi spectacular. I think that every 'Twilight' fan out there needs to go see this to remind them how vampires really are like. It did turn me down a little bit that the main vampire's name was Edward. At least he acted like a man and not a total b*itch.
