Cloverfield: Review By number64

First things first; I've been following this movie since early august and I've enjoyed wasting time(mostly at school) doing it. There will be three types of people who watch this film. The ones who will love it and ones who will hate it, and the ones who will just say wtf. Its a great film to get lost with your imagination in. It starts out with questions such as what is Cloverfield and what is happening, and ends with even more questions(like what is Cloverfield and what just happened). I havent seen a movie with so much hype around it; some say it delivers(like me), some say otherwise. Anyway the monster was fantastic; it was very creative(and mean)not like a godzilla or a king kong. The acting was done well enough to make me belive that a monster was really attacking the city, and the shakey cam did not piss me off as much as I thought it would. The story was very interesting; alot of "they just happened to be there" moments but done great. To me the worst part of the movie was that it was too too short for all the months I waited for it to come out. Overall, if you're looking to have fun at the movies watch this film and if you want more answers just get on the web.
