Close Encounters of the Third Kind: I loved this movie.

I just watched Close Encounters of the Third Kind about 5 hours ago, and I was very impressed. It's about a few people in the same town, seeing these strange UFO's flying around. They're trying to figure out who's controlling these UFO's. They are also sucking people into their machines.

I've never really heard of any of these actors and actresses before, except Robert Dreyfuss, who was great. Everyone gives a great performance. I can't really give any example's of anyone, because I don't know anyone's name. The kid was great. So was his mom. I'm just gonna say this film is very hard for me to review.

The visuals are great (at the time). Especially the UFO up-close in the end. The only visual I didn't really like was the pink bubble effect. That was scene a lot in The Wizard of Oz, but only a few times in this film.

The direction is top notch. Steven Speilberg is THE MAN!!! He is my favorite director. I really like how he directs Close Encounters of the Third Kind, because you very slowly start to know information about what's going on. The pacing is fantastic. Close Encounters of the Third Kind flows through so beautifully.

The dialogue is really good, but there isn't very much. Same thing with the music in Close Encounters of the Third Kind. It's really good, when it's actually present. At the time Close Encounters of the Third Kind was so original. Now there's tons of alien films and half of them suck.

My only problem with Close Encounters of the Third Kind is that it's a little dull and boring in some of the scenes in the middle.

I'm very sorry this isn't a really long review. It's just SO hard for me to review, so I will give Close Encounters of the Third Kind a 4.5/5 stars. Thank's for reading my quick review.
