City of Ember: Review By Forrestgump1

Alright finally after 2 weeks i have finally watched City Of Ember and it was dare i say entertaining if i may say. Around 200 years ago an under ground city was built to last that long 200 yrs. But now time is up and well let's just say things are not looking to good for the towns people of Ember.

But in the last 65mins of the movie is when it was starting to get good. The Plot was great which is what i like when things start to unravel and you don't know what is gonna happen. Now for fans of the book this movie is worth your time. But just to let you know that when watching the movie and reading the book the creature the nig night-crawler kinda of creature about half-way into the film they totally change that from what it was in the book.

I liked Bill Murrey have not seen him in stage in a while you know. Last time i saw him he was playing a cat. The Direction was going the right was which was from Gill Keanen who also directed another very good movie which happend to be if you already did not know Monster House which also had a good plot.

There were some noticable faces in this movie the only onei reconized was Bill Murrey the guy from The Mist and Tim Robbins that was about it. I would have seen this about 2 weeks ago but i just did not have the time and i am sorry for kepping you waiting.

See City Of Ember knows where it is going and well that is what i liked andif you have not read the book then that is okey becasue really you do not need to unless you really want to your choice. Well like i said if you have not read the book and you are just now going into the film u will still think it is good. Who Cares what those stupid critics say i say watch City Of Ember because when you find out in the lets say towards the end you will be amazed.

But i already knew it was coming because i read the book. Rated PG
