Buffalo Soldiers (2003)

Set just before the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989, this is the story of a criminal drug culture among U.S. Army soldiers, focusing on Sgt. Ray Elwood (Phoenix), the clerk to the battalion commander, Colonel Berman (Harris).
