Bangkok Dangerous: Review By Structure (ONSTRA)

Bangkok Dangerous, I have no idea where to start with a movie like this. It had it's ups and some pretty big downs for me. If I wanna start, I have already seen Cage in many movies, really close to this one, but not the exact thing for many reasons. As for the story, it was some good story but I thought it could have been better. The way I can describe it was that it was simply another good movie with Japanese villains, and action with guns and stuff. Not really lack of originality, but I think I saw it that way. the visuals were not bad and I will surely have to say that it had some good action, especially in some unexpected times. and For many people that doesn't know me I really like that. It sp*ces the thing up a little. it gives me the idea that in this movie, anything can happen at anytime. throughout the review I am gonna talk about every point deeper and try to get you to understand my opinion and Why did i pick this rating for the movie.

well To say that I didn't like the movie, it's kind of a lie because I did like it. Not too much thought. well if I am gonna start, with the movie, I experienced it in the theater, which was pretty awsome. As always I think that when you watch something in the theater, you'll get all thinking aabout it, and you'll think that its really good, But if you ask me I think that it is easily seen that it is all about the popcorn and the great loud sounds and the great big screen that gets you into a movie. I think that it is incredible the way they make it to fall in love with every movie you have seen. but lets not talk about that for much, i think that the movie was good if you saw it on a big screen or a giant one or on a small tiny one. the movie is still gonna be incredible. As I said before yes I do think that it could have been better, and that is the exact point I am trying to prove now, with the whole cinema thing, I tried to stay focused on the movie not as much as those great things that makes you love the movie even more and more, and you get the ability to see that many other people were saying it was amazing and stuff. I wasn't. don't get me wrong but it's just the way I saw it.

As the movie starts, the whole thing gets good. you think that you are going in to see a great action movie and it doesn't let you down except that half of the movie was full of nothing but romance. Dates dates dates, and I don't mean history ones. I was one of the lucky people who didn't fall for the trick of the good and piano music which sounded exactly like the one from spiderman ( oh wait that is the one in the spiderman 2 movie repeated over and over ). All what I was waiting for was action, but not in this one, I found the dates pretty silent. Nobody talked because they simply couldn't, The girl with cage couldn't hear which means she couldn't speak either. that is even worst than the time when Japanese people speak and you have to read down there, i seriously hate those time. and after all you get to see that those Japanese guys actually TALK ENGLISH. This really pisses me off in any movie. So, the serial killer's job is easy. Kill a person (duh). So all you wait for in a movie like this is action, which you get in a really professional way, Just for a bit in the movie. As Nick's job was bangkok, he had to simply kill people, and this time it is a famous person in japan. By the way, can I ask why does it have to always be japan, is there no bad people except in Japan. anyways, as Bangkok starts his job, he hires a person to be his assistant. Later on, just because that guy asked him, cage started teaching him how to become a killer. wait a second, didn't cage say in the start of the movie that he shouldn't open any relations while working, and isn't that what he exactly does. And then later on he goes into a pharmacy and he just falls in love with a girl unknown just because she can't speak or hear. Now that is where the music starts playing on the audience's feelings. not mine though. We keep on focusing on the training of the guy and the love with the girl by which he started dating. they stay on that part for a while. Now that is one other thing I was just pissed about. right then i was simply saying, no you didn't pay the money to watch this.I am just saying, the first part is just crappy. and that is like the full first half.

After all the bad action, or the no-action if you wanna say. simply everything started to get better and better. it's like you where in the night and the light just shined. I think that it was pretty good the ability to get out of the big whole they made throughout the first part. I am talking exactly when the boat scene starts. After many silent dating and some traning(do not think of it like this the training was good) I think that the full thing just got better. There goes the good action and all those stuff started to happen, and you would feel the diffrence between the start and the end. After this great and spectacular boat scene, They got back to be in a date. I didn't pull myself down because I think that they got better in the boat scene, maybe they'll just get better throughout the full second half, and that is what happenes exactly. the date come up to become a great scene of crime action and drama. and then everything just gets better, the action and even the effects. i only saw one wrong thing in the second. Not really wrong as much as it is a repeat in every movie. I definitely think that it is odd to find that in lots of action movies and thought I should talk about it. the visual was the thing with the bullet when you pull the trigger or whatever you call it and they intend to show you the small bullet coming out and pursing in the body. as a visual found in lots of movies, i think they should forget about that for a while. i will surely not tell you the end, but all I wanna say about it is that it was confusing like hell. but as I was talking in those tow paragraphes I tried to give an overall of all visuals, actors and story. even though I talked alot in those tow paragraphes i think they made the review. I still will talk about the acting a little more right now.

In the acting this time, I didn't see any faces I know except Nicolas cage. He took the role and made it even better and more interesting in the movie. If I said that i think that he was good, then I do. I still think that someone else could be better at his place in this exact role. even though he was good, but there is better. I think that nick should stick with this kind of movies because he gives them that good touch you wanna see in the movie. I think it was incredible to see him, especially that he didn't make any new movies after The big and incredible National treasure book of secrets. I don't really know if he did any and I didn't hear about. he simply made the movie better in my eyes. but I think the movie would've still been cool even if the big nick was not in it. Nicolas changed the movie though. didn't make it better, just changed it. I thought it would be a movie like NEXT, but then when i saw the chinese guys I gave it a guess that it might be another japenese gangster movie. it was none of those in my mind, it was actually a mix between both. now that mix deffinitely came because of the presence of nick cage in it. if he was not in it, I think it would be like another japenese gang movie or something like that.

I'd like to say that I am only saying my opinion throughout the full review, so if you had any diffrent things you thought I didn't see, it's easy to comment some words in the review. And I will see them and then comment back. I would really apprictiate that, because I really don't want to happen to this review, what already happened to doomsdays, many people had may opinions, and in the end, the review is something to anyone expresses what he thinks of a movie.

So as you go thought the review you see that many notes I thought made the movie better, and many other that made the movie worst, so I think that it was a 3 stars and sorry for all the fans of the movie, that's just what I think. still waiting for more from nick cage, just like the upcoming movie by cage knowing, i think I am waiting a lot for this one. anyways a great movie that could've been better those were the last words about the movie.
