When I saw the first poster and teaser of the movie, I didn't know what to think about it, big blue human-monkey people, people in the future using avatars (for me sounded like the movie Surrogates), a new world and the list can go on and on, I found it kind of disappointing. Then the early reviews came in like 3 days before it was released, they called it a masterpiece and I can tell you my friends that, it is.

I saw this movie the day that it was released, the same day as in the US, and I didn't knew how to tell you how a great movie this is. Maybe the plot line is similar to another movies, but I found it fresh and motivating.

What got my attention was the visuals, they we're amazing and everything in there seemed like they existed here, or that the events really happened, I think this movie has to be seen by everybody at least once it is really nice. Something I didn't liked was some cheese moments(I don't know how to spell it sorry, and I apologize because I don't want to make the mistakes I did in my review of Speed Racer) but this was great.

My favorite for the Oscar, and here in Mexico The Hurt Locker, hasn't arrived yet (that i'm aware of). So I think this movie is going to win the Oscar.
