Avatar: Review By the_tall_guy

When I saw the first trailer, I thought this movie was gonna be absolutely terrible. I didn't understand what the movie was about, and I had no interest in seeing it at all. About a few months later, my friend encouraged me to see it because it was a James Cameron movie. Since James Cameron is one of my favorite directors, I decided to give it a chance.

I saw the movie a few weeks ago, and let me tell you. It took me by surprise. I was blown away by the look of the movie. James Cameron didn't just create a new world, but he brought it to life! Every single detail was thought through in this movie. The way the natives live, hunt, ride, and live was so well planned out. I guess 10 years is what it takes to make a great movie.

The acting was phenomenal. Sam Worthington's best performance. He was the character he portrayed. And Sigourney Weaver is good in any movie she's in. I congratulate every single actor who worked on this movie for a great performance.

For those of you saying the plot is too much like Dances with Wolves, so what? It doesn't make the movie bad. In fact, it made it great.

Overall, I give this movie 5 stars. Congrats James Cameron. It's good to see you back.
