Never before have I seen a better videogame to movie transition since Resident Evil. The first AVP was good, but this one used so much stuff from the games, the original movies, and the comics that it had my nerd senses going gaga. Truly, this is one of the best films of 2007 and only strengthened my love for the Alien movies, the Predator movies, and all things AVP related. This is one of those movies that leaves you leaving the theatre pretending that you're one of the characters, and knowing how awesome it would be to be a movie monster.

    Avpr was not that good, man. I was waiting for more in the movie I tell you. I think that they could have done better than this. I gotta tell you, It was too dark and it did'nt terrify me the way I thought it would have. I mean that I was waiting for more in the whole movie. I like the characters and the alien and the predator were incredible. But I was waiting for way more in the whole story. I mean I never played the video game to talk about how much they match up but the whole thing was in the dark. By the way in the trailer they say they would involve the whole world in the movie, and they said the quote "no peace on earth" and then I come to watch the movie, and I see that it involved one city only. But I guess that is your opinion and I cannot change it. I just wanted to make you see the bad things in the movie that maybe you didn't think of, or maybe you did think of it and then you didn't make it a part of your review.

    Yeah, whatev. I think the Resident Evil movies are the best game to movie ever. The worst: Super Mario Brothers. You can agree with me on that much, right?
