Based on the best-selling novel by High Fidelity author Nick Hornby, About a Boy tells the story of a shallow, wealthy man (Hugh Grant) in his mid-30s who begins dating single mothers because they'll be momentarily grateful for the insincere "love," and thus easier to dump down the road.
