A step up from 28 days, but not a whole lot.

28 weeks later is a good movie. Don't get me wrong. I just made the mistake of hyping it up myself before seeing it and that is a no no mistake for a movie lover like myself.

28 weeks later story line picks up a little while after the first movie. London is being cleaned up. The americans are finally helping with the situation. All is looking well. But that all ends quickly on the count that it would be a boring movie if it didn't turn for the worse. The story line is pretty basic on the count of survival horror type movie, people run into other people, they decide to work together to get out city. With these survivors are two kids that apparently are immune to the virus. Too bad you can't say the same for their father who is played by Robert Carlyle. Ok I think I spoiled enough of this movie, but still a good movie to watch. With a bumped up budget than the first movie and alot of " oh crap they are screwed " moments. 28 weeks later gets a thumbs up from yours truly.

  1. Raoul Duke

When that dude mows down all those infected with his helicopter blade, I about stand up and cheer every time. Such a brutal scene. I love the ending too. You know everyone is just f*cked. I hope they make a third. Nice review.
