Gran Torino was my best picture pick for 2008. Released on X-MAS Day. So it's considered to be an '08 movie. But nationally on January 16th '09. Seeing as it was Clint's final acting role, I was surprised that he got no nods at the Oscars, like, a reflection piece. Maybe next year. Oh yeah, GT hits DVD/Blu-Ray shelves on June 9th.
