He's followed suit this week, with the instant hit "All That Matters" which shot to #1 in 58 countries. Beliebers should look for new songs each and every Monday until December 16th.

Directed by Jon M. Chu (G.I. Joe Retaliation, Step Up 2 the Streets & Step Up 3D, Justin Bieber: Never Say Never), Believe features brand new interviews with Bieber and appearances from manager Scooter Braun, Usher Raymond, Rodney Jerkins, Ludacris, Mike Posner and many more. Believe is produced by Justin Bieber, Scooter Braun, Usher Raymond and Bill O'Dowd. Garrett Grant is also a producer.

Justin Bieber had this to say to his fans in a statement.

"I am so excited to be involved in this movie, and so happy to be able to give back to my fans, especially during the holiday season. Jon M. Chu and my team have done a wonderful job creating a special moment for Beliebers worldwide and I can't wait till Christmas day when the movie will be in theaters everywhere."

The number one goal of our company is to provide global audiences with content that's not only high-quality and forward-thinking, but also authentic."

Open Road Films CEO Tom Ortenberg also chimed in on the project with his statement.

"Justin Bieber is one of the biggest stars on the planet and one of the greatest entertainers of our time. Believe will be a huge Christmas present for Bieber fans and Open Road Films couldn't be happier about delivering this special engagement to theaters."

Producer and Dolphin Films CEO Bill O'Dowd had this to say about the concert film.

"It was an amazing experience to see the creative process behind both the writing of Justin's songs and the mounting of the Believe tour. The Believe concert is simply spectacular, and it is made even more so when you witness the tremendous amount of effort and heart that Justin, Scooter and their team bring to their work and, most importantly, to his fans."

I have never seen such a vicious bunch of unintelligent fools as the cess posting here. If you don't like Bieber don't click on an article about him.

For the record Justin didn't spit on his fans. He spat at another time in the day when fans were not at the hotel. Obviously spitting in the first place isn't great, but it's not a hanging offence and plenty of males do it.

I can't wait to see Believe, if only because I'll know not one of the deadbeats here will be in the cinema. Braun and Bieber have made millions and given away millions too, what the f**k have any you lags ever done?

    Jealously. Pure and simple.

@mr-k You can be greedy all day long and still show a little class. Justin Bieber has zero class. Not to mention the charisma of a tree stump.

@mr-k@mr-k Don't forget being lazy beyond belief that he had his bodyguards carry him around the Great Wall.

@skywise Blame Scotter Braun for turning Bieber into a soulless monster of greed. Why do you think he acts line such a greedy *sshole? Because Braun is a bad influence to the poor kid and Bieber's parents are not doing anything about dealing with Justin situation.

I really REALLY have a strong dislike of this guy. He seems like such a jack ass. I saw a homemade video of him spitting on fans that were gathered outside his hotel. Pissing in a mop bucket and all the other stuff that has grabbed headlines...I don't care. But spitting on the people who pay your bills?

He is an absolutely classless a-hole.
