Tumbledown, a romantic comedy starring Jason Sudeikis and Rose Byrne, will go before the cameras this October in Vancouver, B.C, it was announced by producers Kristin Hahn of Indigo Films and Aaron L. Gilbert and Margot Hand of Bron Studios. Olivia Munn, Joe Manganiello, Blythe Danner, Michael McKean and Beau Bridges will also star. Tumbledown is directed by Sean Mewshaw from an original screenplay by Desiree Van Til.

In Tumbledown, a young widow (Byrne) falls for a brash New York writer (Sudeikis) who barrels into her rural Maine town to investigate the death of her husband, a folk-music hero.

Mewshaw and Van Til are making their feature directing and screenwriting debuts. Their previous collaboration, the short film Last Night based on a James Salter story, starred Frances McDormand and premiered at the Venice Film Festival. Van Til is currently writing a comedy script for Warner Bros. entitled Married Off based on an original pitch. Van Til and Mewshaw are managed by Anonymous Content.

Sudeikis is well known from Saturday Night Live and such comedies as Horrible Bosses and Hall Pass. He stars opposite Jennifer Aniston in the upcoming We're the Millers.

Byrne, whose credits include the smash hit Bridesmaids and the popular television series Damages, will soon be seen in I Give It a Year and this summer's The Internship. She is currently filming Townies and This Is Where I Leave You.

Munn's credits include the TV series The Newsroom and New Girl. Manganiello appeared in True Blood and Magic Mike. Blythe Danner is an Emmy and Tony winning actress known to audiences from Little Fockers, Meet the Fockers and Meet the Parents. Michael McKean, known from the classic This is Spinal Tap, currently appears on the soon to premiere TV show Family Tree. Beau Bridges' numerous credits include the award-winning film The Descendants and the popular TV series Stargate SG-1.

CAA packaged the project and will be representing North American rights.
