Over the weekend, false rumors began to spread that Sony had shut down production on Spectre, the 24th adventure in the James Bond franchise. Those reports were proven to be false, and now we have our first look at the set. This video features Daniel Craig reprising his role as the iconic spy James Bond.

Spectre began shooting in London last week after Sony, EON and MGM officially announced the title and full cast. Now we get to see Daniel Craig as 007 as he hits the River Thames in a speed boat. Standing alongside him is actor Rory Kinnear who plays Bill Tanner, M's Chief of Staff. The scene was shot in front of the SIS building, MI6 headquarters in reality and in the Bond film series.

This first video also arrives with the first images from the set. In Spectre, a cryptic message from Bond's past sends him on a trail to uncover a sinister organisation. While M battles political forces to keep the secret service alive, Bond peels back the layers of deceit to reveal the terrible truth behind SPECTRE. Take a look at the action as it gets underway.
