‘Hoodwinked Too: Hood Vs. Evil’ Trailer

The Weinstein Company’s animated sequel centers on classic fairy tale characters who go searching for the missing Hansel and Gretel.

The first trailer has arrived for The Weinstein Company's animated sequel Hoodwinked Too! Hood Vs. Evil, which will hit theaters nationwide on April 29. Click on the clip below for your first glimpse at this new adventure, which features the voices of Glenn Close, Bill Hader, and Hayden Panettiere.

Hoodwinked Too! Hood Vs. Evil will find teen Red Riding Hood who will be training in a distant land with a mysterious, covert group called the Sister Hoods. When Red and the Wolf get called upon by Nick Flippers the head of the Happily Ever After Agency over to investigate the disappearance of Hansel and Gretel.

Hoodwinked Too! Hood Vs. Evil was released April 29th, 2011 and stars Glenn Close, Hayden Panettiere, Cheech Marin, Patrick Warburton, Joan Cusack, Bill Hader, David Ogden Stiers, Amy Poehler. The film is directed by Mike Disa.

    They should have left well enough alone with the first one. I personally liked the first Hoodwinked. I don't think it should have a sequel, especially one that looks as stale as the one I just watched the trailer for.

    I'm surprise they went ahead with this since the first one didn't get the audience it deserved. It was a cool who dunnit and maybe this will do okay. I'll check it out even if it has that straight to dvd feel.

    Honestly it looks fun, easy going, and full of great references and homages and twisting our favourite fairy tale characters. The three little pigs with gas masks and bazookas, :L brilliant
