One of the most highly-anticipated shows to debut in 2015 is HBO's Westworld, based on the 1973 feature film of the same name, which served as author/filmmaker Michael Crichton's directorial debut. HBO has released their annual year end video, which gives fans a succinct recap of some of this year's biggest moments, along with what fans can expect from 2015 including our first look at Westworld footage. Naturally, we don't get too much insight into the plot with these brief scenes, but we do get our first look at Ed Harris.

The series is set at a futuristic amusement park, where visitors can live out their wildest fantasies through the use of android robots. Things go terribly awry when the robots start attacking the guests. HBO issued a series order for Westworld back in November, with a cast that also includes Anthony Hopkins, Evan Rachel Wood, James Marsden, Thandie Newton, Jeffrey Wright, Miranda Otto, Rodrigo Santoro, Shannon Woodward, Ingrid Bolsø Berdal, Angela Sarafyan and Simon Quarterman.

Take a look at the brief glimpses of footage from Westworld, along with other HBO shows such as Season 5 of Game of Thrones and the upcoming series Westworld, Togetherness, Project Greenlight, The Brink and Ballers. We also get sneak peeks at the upcoming seasons of Veep, Girls, Silicon Valley, Looking and VICE. In case you missed it last week, you can also CLICK HERE to check out the first photo, featuring Ingrid Bolsø Berdal.
