With shooting set to begin in less than a month, Hail Caesar directors Joel Coen and Ethan Coen have added Patrick Fischler, David Krumholtz, Fisher Stevens and Clancy Brown to the cast.

The plot is set in 1950s Hollywood and centers on Eddie Mannix (George Clooney), a "fixer" who works with all of the major movie studios to keep the stars in line and to cover up any scandals. He is tasked with tracking down a major movie star who suddenly disappears in the middle of shooting a new movie. Patrick Fischler, David Krumholtz and Fisher Stevens are playing Hollywood screenwriters who are also Communists, while Clancy Brown plays an actor in the movie-within-a-movie, dubbed Hail Caesar.

This quartet of actors join an all-star cast that also includes Josh Brolin, Channing Tatum, Ralph Fiennes, Tilda Swinton, Scarlett Johansson, Jonah Hill and Alden Ehrenreich.

Joel Coen and Ethan Coen are directing from their original screenplay, with Working Title producing and Universal Pictures set to distribute. Production is scheduled to begin on November 10.

Patrick Fischler recently wrapped production on a new untitled movie directed by Warren Beatty, while David Krumholtz can currently be seen in The Judge. Fisher Stevens is coming off a role in The Grand Budapest Hotel, while Clancy Brown recently starred in When the Game Stands Tall and he voices a role in The Spongebob Movie: Sponge Out of Water. He will also be seen in an upcoming episode of The Flash, and the video game adaptation Warcraft.
