@narrator I have heard of Elizabeth Olsen and Kick-Ass and i have Inception on Blu-ray, and i've heard of Bourne Ultimatum and possibly Chocolat. But other then all of that, this movie does seem like it could turn out to be good. I will probably see it when it's released to theaters.

@bawnian-dexeus Ahh, I gotcha. If that's the case, then I'll feel better shelling money over to see it in theaters, because the day shots looks exquisite.

@themoviefanatic Yes, I'm a fan of Johnson, Olsen, Cranston, Watanabe, and Strathairn, and I respect Binoche's acting abilities. All in all, you should at least be aware of them due to their big projects like 'Kick -Ass', 'Martha, Marcy, May, Marlene', 'Breaking Bad', 'Inception', 'the Bourne Ultimatum', 'Chocolat', etc. If you have the time, I suggest checking them out. Perhaps you'll look forward to this film a lot more.

@narrator I'm kind of 50/50 with Pacific Rim. Couldn't see anything on the trailers on my computer until they showed it in theaters. Better lighting with projectors I guess, lol

Good...a fine wreckage is a good way to start production in a 'Godzilla' film.

Let us hope so, @bawnian-dexeus. That's something I felt Cloverfield had going for it - fantastic lighting. It really brought the film to life, something Pacific Rim seems to be struggling with judging by the night scenes in the trailers.

@artkid04 Really? I never heard of a single one of the cast in this movie except for Elizabeth Olsen.

I can't wait to see what cinematographer Seamus McGarvey does with this potential. His work on Atonement was gorgeous, and yet, The Avengers felt extremely lacking in the visual sense. I hope this doesn't disappoint aesthetically.
