Before Season 5 of HBO's Game of Thrones debuts this spring, fans will get the unique opportunity to watch the final two Season 4 episodes on the big screen in IMAX theaters across the country, in a one-week run from January 29 to February 5. Game of Thrones will be the first TV series ever to be screened in the IMAX format, and fans who attend these screenings will also get the first look at the Season 5 trailer. Before this weeklong event gets under way tomorrow, IMAX has released a new featurette where series creators D.B. Weiss and David Benioff offer high praise for the IMAX format, revealing how it changes the viewing experience in such an immersive environment.

We also hear from composer Ramin Djawadi, who talks about his experience of watching these two Season 4 episodes, "The Watchers on the Wall" and "The Children", and how even viewers who have watched these episodes over and over again, will still see new things during the IMAX viewing. The screenings will be held in over 200 IMAX theaters across the country, and you can visit IMAX.com/GameOfThrones to purchase tickets, in case you haven't already done so.

Watch as the creators and composer of Game of Thrones make a compelling case for why you should head to your local IMAX theater starting tomorrow, January 29. In case that wasn't enough incentive for you, the first 300 fans at each screening will receive limited edition IMAX posters to take home. Also, just days after this IMAX screening run ends, HBO will air a Season 5 special on February 8 that takes fans on set in three different countries, before Game of Thrones returns with Season 5 on April 12.
