Garfield83

Why didn't I think of that!

Only good when said in the oringinal though!!

A part I thought was hilarious in the new one though is were there sitting on the roof and there telling that sniper guy to shoot zombies. The funniest is the Burt Reynolds zombie!!!

Another classic horror was The Burning!
There sitting aroung the camp fire telling the tale of the burning killer.

"Don't move he'll see you!.....Don't speak he'll hear you!.........Don't breathe......your DEAD!"

Garfield83

Affleck is a a 50/50 actor to me. Matt Damon is a much better actor. Good Will Hunting is a great film. Robin Williams is another great actor!

I am sorry buddie but Ben Affleck is definetly not a 50/50. Has he been good in anything since Dogma?

Matt Damon Is alright better than Affleck for sure.

I love Matt Damon for Bourne Identity/Supremecy.

Affleck was pretty funny in Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back.

I mean movies that he is in as a big character, not a cameo. I am sorry, but when you to Paycheck, Daredevil, Gigli, and Jersey Girl in a two or three year span you are headed to retirement or Craig Sheffer's level.

Of course I know who Rowdy Roddy Piper is, and coincidentally, he plays the character who says the line in They Live. You guys should check the flick out, its pretty good, not Oscar material, but a good watch. John Carpenter directed it, and George Romero said it was one of the most underrated movies ever.

Another tidbit: In the movie there is a fight scene between Rowdy and a black guy who's name I can't remember. Anyway, if you've ever seen the South Park episode with the cripple fight between Timmy and Jimmy, the cripple fight was choreographed from the scene in They Live

The Alley fight scene was between Roddy Piper and Keith David - all over Keith's character not wanting to put on the sunglasses. . .

I'm a big fan of AMC. Fear Friday's and Monsterfest every year. Been a little let down by their selections of late though. How many times can they show Halloween 4 and 5? And Monsterfest this year, give me a break, show some real classic horror picks. But generally you can catch some good flicks on there.
