I can't agree with that. The first want was very good and very well-done. Sid Haig's performance as Captain Spaulding was too awesome as well.

I can't wait for Devil's Rejects after seeing the trailer. It looks like a good ol' revenge movie. It felt like Natural Born Killers to me with the cross country murder spree.

Some good news just came out yesterday. The Devil's Rejects has been moved up to July 22nd.

I also cannot agree with that. I thought House of 1000 Corpses was excellent. It was a real throw back to the classic style of slasher films like: Texas Chinsaw, Friday the 13th 1-3, Hallowen ect.

I for one am looking forward to it.

The Devil's Rejects” picks up right where “House of 1000 Corpses” left off as the Firefly family takes their blood-soaked show on the road. With their home base overrun by cops, the Fireflys slash their way across the countryside, pursued by the vengeance-obsessed Sheriff John Wydell and his motley band of bounty hunters. At the end of the road, the Firefly saga culminates in one of the most vicious and shocking finales ever set to film.

Having watched 'House' a couple of days ago I can see why it took so long before getting distribution. I imagine most of the time was spent in the editing room trying to find some narrative in this messy piece of drug fuelled rock n roll horror.

Music videos have an entertainment span of around 3 minutes after which they become monotonous.

So if 'Rejects' is anything like 'House' then it's The Devils Ejects for me.

I give 'House 3 out of 10 and I doubt 'Rejects' will be any better :(

I saw the first one and it was sadistic and disgusting. I hope that the sequel can give more of a motive to the family's killing than just the fact that they are complete psychos.

The trailer for it at "Alone in the dark" (a HORRIBLE movie and adaption) looked pretty good.

what are they supposed to be killing for anyway? I hope this movie is as good as it looks. :D

I heard that it is supposed to be much better than House of 1,000 Corpses. Also, I heard that it was the movie that House of 1,000 Corpses was supposed to be. So that's pretty frigging impressive to me. I'll definitely be seeing it.

My friend Marc says, "It's a horrible, trashy, piece of Sh*t. Terrible acting, dialogue, characters, direction, even the camera itself. Everything about it is absolutely horrible. Not even any good kills, just stupid torture crap....God it was horrible. Two hours of misery. Grade F, if there's anything below F, it gets that."

And I trust him.

How old are you? 12? I doubt he's any of those things. I actually just got back from seeing it because I had to see this piece of garbage for myself. But it was just like he said. It was a terrible movie. The worst movie I've seen all year. Actually, probably the worst movie I've seen in the theater in the past 5 years. It was even worse than High Tension. Absolutely terrible. Everything about it is just bad. From the actors to the directing to the script. It is just absolutely terrible.

It's just as bad as House of 1000 corpses, actually it's worse. Ever seen House of 1000 corpses? But then again, you probably think that movie is good too.

A+? You've got to be kidding.

A) occasionally I am an Idiot...usually it involves alchohol.
B)I saw this festering piece of garbage last nite, and its a damn good thing i know the staff and they let me in for free. I was in shock of how lame...and overdone it was. it had some redeeming parts, but it just got lost in itself...and the(spoiler)

and the little home video, with them all walking in the sunlight with freebird, I think I vomited, just a little.
it like had this hero worship thing going on with a batch of serial killers who can not act.
Now, I liked the Clown guy and the vigilante cop...and the pimp with his hookertown...

I agree, the movie was awesome.

I actually heard that Rob Zombie's next movie won't be a horror movie, he wants to be considered a serious filmaker.

Rob Zombie wanted to take Rejects into a completely different direction from the over the top House of 1000 Corpses, with a more serious and realistic film. He intended on having a sub-plot involving Dr. Satan because he knew it was a fan favorite, but because of the reason I stated earlier he decided to cut it. There is one scene of Dr. Satan though that can be found in the Deleted Scenes on the DVD.

Phenomenal film. Really, it was just great. I dislike the horror genre, but this was great. It was possibly one of the best horror films that I've seen since, From Dusk 'Till Dawn.

I never thought I'd ever see Three's Company's Terri (Priscilla Barnes) nude. Was anyone else surprised by that? I never saw anything else of her's, so I always saw her as an innocent young woman.

Also, though Sid Haig was great again as Spaulding, William Forsythe easily stole the movie for me. What an awesome performance! I also really liked Ken Foree. He's got a great voice and a badass look.

That's very, very, very, very debatable. This film was quite the film. It was one of the best films of '05. Literally. It had in-depth characters, solid dialogue, solid acting, a phenomenal performance by Forsythe, good music, a powerful plot and a great job of cinematogrophy. It's a four star picture. It really elevated the '70's genre of horror filmaking back.
