I thought it was alright. I thought the first FF movie was only ok and I dont see this film being much better with the same writer (at least the whole origin aspect is out of the way, though). The action with the Surfer is kind of cool I guess, but like I said, I dont think it will help the overall movie much.

I hate it when teaser trailers put virtually no effort into editing and music. It was just a chase scene from the movie with less cuts. Its a big pet peeve of mine. I mean, look at the work that was put into the Transformers trailer and then watch this. No score, no fades, no titles! Blaaaah!

I was hoping that the next FF movie would have our heroes facing more danger and display even more action than the first one--now since the whole origin thing is out of the way.
I think that it might be too early to introduce a new character right now. Hope they do not mess this up.:rolleyes:

I thought the action looked pretty damn cool. Sure, some CG needs work(surfer). But, 20th Century Fox is just trying a new thing with showing a short scene as a preview. They did it earlier this year with The Devil Wears Prada. I think when the next trailer comes out you guys will be blown away. If they have the same editor on this film as they did the first, the next trailer should be fucking nice. Remember the Teaser Trailer for FF?

Well, from my knowledge of the comics the entire reason silver surfer comes to planets is to kill Galactus...the 20 story tall planet eating God. I hope they don't butcher the story and not even mention Galactus, cus he is pretty friggin cool. And didnt they set up the sequel to have Dr Doom in it again with the ending of the first movie? Whatever, i doubt i will be seeing this one in the theaters anyways.

As much as I liked the transformers commercial it just pissed me off that I couldn't see much of any of any of the transformers. I guess thats the point of a teaser. LOL!
The Silver Surfer one I still liked cause it was a nice chase scene, a good way to introduce him and his powers.
Even though the action looks nice, the CGI of the Silver Surfer looks kinda crap... Haven't even seen the first movie lol...

The concept of the Surfer and Galactus has always been a fascinating one, to me. I'd love nothing more than to see the Surfer and Galactus come into play and be this huge movie and give audience a level of cosmic danger that they never thought possible. There's been meteors that were on a trajectory to hit Earth that was hard to overcome (Armageddon). How would the world prepare for the coming of Galactus?
