Has anybody seen the trailer for Red Eye? I was honestly ready to barf with disgust at the beginning of it. I mean, great, just what we need, another romantic comedy with far too many coincidences for comfort. Then WHAM, they hit you with some evil dude on a plane. What the hell was that? WHO IS the evil dude? What's with the red eye? Any thoughts?
Ok, never mind, I just searched IMDB and found out who the evil dude is. Unfortunately, he's not Satan like I had hoped. That would've been crazy. But still, what did you guys think of the trailer? It made me smile.

Satan's still trying to stay free so you can take him to the prom.

I thought he was gonna be a or the grim reaper - I thought it could've been a kick-ass movie about a reaper falling in love and him trying to balance his work and his relationship, but inevitably the two combine in crazy and hilarious situations. Actually I just thought he was a reaper. Satan would be good. The synopsis on IMDb disappointed me.

Yeah, it's not horror or anything, just a thriller. I guess his eye turning red at the end was just symbolic.
If you don't know, a "red eye" flight is one that leaves between 2 and 6 a.m.
Even though the storyline isn't too too special, the trailer itself was incredibly clever.

I did know what a red eye flight is... I just wanted to know why the guy's eye would turn red, especially once I found out that he's just a bad guy, not an evil guy. And TP, the grim reaper did come to my mind as well, but what with my retarded Satan dream a few days ago, that's what I thought of first.
Wes Craven's going soft on us... bastard.

Uh... excuse me Momerath but if Wes Craven ever went "soft" it was with this:

I actually had to watch that movie a year ago in school. Back then it must have escaped my notice that it was Wes Craven who did it.
It was mediocre.

Considering Wes isn't going to make this one, I will. Meanwhile that's my second movie idea involving a reaper. How morbid.

I'm still thinking of seeing the movie just to see how it is.
