Im not sure if you know about this yet, but Ive heard from many of my friends that family is coming back to Fox because of the sucess of the DVD's

25 (or 29) new episodes early 2005.

finally, fox is doing something that the fans ask for.

Yes. They are making new episodes as we speak. They will air on Fox in January 2005. That's what this thread is about. It's not new news, this announcement was made months ago.

Yay! I did know that they were making season four, but I thought it was supossed to air in June or July of 2005! Buit January ROX MY SOX!!!!!!!!!!!!! You guys have made my life so much better--as you can probably tell, Family guy is my absulute favorit show Ever!--that I think I'm goign to...going to....um....You just shut up.

"Our inside sources have told us that Fox may be planning on airing the new season of Family Guy as early as May 2005" (previously thought to be June 2005)

Ha HA! I was somewhat right! But thats a bad thing. Because May is too far away.

There is talk of a Family Guy straight to dvd movie to come out this year, but there's no confirmation yet.

I order a magazine which has issues about movies and stuff, and Matt Groening said he's been trying to make a Simpsons movie, but the TV show was too popular, so he switched to trying to make a Futurama movie. I've never heard of the Family guy movie, but if it's made, I am so there. 54 times. :lol:

Seth Macfarlane has another new cartoon coming out at the same time called American Dad or something. It will be interesting to see if he can make it different enough from Family Guy. Can't wait for new Family Guys though, funniest show on TV.

Unfortunately I don't really know anything about it. I think I saw an ad or two for it. I've been meaning to Google it some time and read up on it. It will probably be decent, I'm just so excited for Family Guy to come back it hasn't really been on my radar.
