Straightforward: you pick a movie and create a witty new tagline for it.

Examples:

Gnomeo & Juliet: A little love goes a lawn way

Kill Bill: It's past due.

On a side note, my favorite tagline in recent memory that was actually used was for "Clash of the Titans". It was: "Titans will Clash". I want to slap whoever got paid to come up with that burst of creativity.
