If you don't know how it works, this is the place to post condolences and eulogies for the great people in the film and television industry we've lost over this past year. People like Andy Whitfield, Cliff Robertson, Francesco Quinn, Annette Charles, Bubba Smith, GD Spradlin, Tom Aldredge, Roberts Blossom, Elaine Stewart, Peter Falk, Ryan Dunn, Laura Ziskin, Clarice Taylor, Jeff Conaway, "Macho Man" Randy Savage, Mia Amber Davis, Dolores Fuller, Dana Wynter, Mary Murphy, Jackie Cooper, Sidney Lumet, Farley Granger, Elizabeth Taylor, Michael Gough, Hugh Martin, Jane Russell, Perry Moore, Len Lesser, Gualtiero Jacopetti, Betty Garrett, Kenneth Mars, John Barry, Peter Yates, and Pete Postlethwaite, among others,as well as musical greats like Amy Winehouse, Poly Styrene, Gerard Smith, Clarence Clemmons, Gil Scott-Heron, and David "Honeyboy" Edwards.
Regrettably, today we add another name to this list:
Frances Bay (Jan 3, 1919 - Aug 17, 2011)
Veteran Canadian character actor, memorable for roles such as "the Marble Rye lady" in Seinfeld, Mrs. Pickman in John Carpenter's "In the Mouth of Madness", as Adam Sandler's grandmother in "Happy Gilmore", and her extensive work in the films of David Lynch. She was 92.
R.I.P.
Honestly, I didn't know that he already died.
The last time I saw him was in his infomercial for his Power Juicer.
That time, I though he was going to live for a long time still.
Indeed, he lived long enough but I didn't expect him to die this year.
God bless his soul.
