Forums: What the hell happened to Josh Hartnett???

im watching Halloween H20 right now and i just realized he hasnt been in anything for awhile. he was big in the early 2000's but now that dudes career is dead

It seemed like there was a time when he never stopped working. I even enjoyed 30 Days of Night. I think it was Hollywood Himicide which was career death but he has a chance to come back. I think he is in Bnraku which is supposed to be unique and stylish.

ha i know.. i like a lot of his movies too. i hope he makes a comeback soon

I was never a really big fan. I don't hate him, but I find his acting style to be usually pretty bland.

On a side note, solid choice with the Halloween H20!. Very underrated movie IMO used to give me some freaky nightmares lol.

@pjwolsker He's been in 30 Days of Night, and is in the movie, Girl walks into a Bar, plus he has two new films coming soon in 2012.

@pjwolsker I just noticed that Bunraku finaly hit blu ray. So the guy is still around...just not the headliner he once was.

My favorite was LUCKY NUMBER SLEVIN. It would seem that lately Hartnett doesn't seem to take your average mainstream acting gigs. One film he was in this year was released only on the internet, YouTube to be exact, for free viewing.

@skywise Me too. Even though I wasn't a fan of such genre of movies, I watched the film and I found Josh really to be hot. XD

I'm one of many who would like to see Mr. Hartnett be a household name again. :D

@ You got that right. Unless you've got great talent, great looks and a really great agent, it will be a challenge to have a continuous, prosperous career.

@movientvfan what was that movie? The one of Hartnett only shown in Youtube?
