Forums: Who do you think should be cast as Wonder Woman?

Im not suprised at this, I just hope her costume isnt so cheezey all american underwear and the gold bracelets. It would be way to camp and I think we deserve a female super hero that isnt horrible (aka catwoman, electra)

I don't know much about Wonder Woman so I have no feelings towards this movie. I'll let you know what I think when we get a trailer.

They'll probably just make it an updated "Electra"-style movie with kinky costumes and CG flying gadgets.

Wonder Woman was good in the 70s but, like my church, what works in the 70s may not work now, no matter how much they try to butcher it up.

They've made so many other comic adaptations, that I dont really care anymore. They have found a hot genre of movie and there gonna bleed it dry!

I dont think they can bleed the comics dry, yes there just doing it to make money and thats a bad reason, though books like sin city and stuff is great that independents can come out. Its just a whole new genre that can work well now and look actually good with the right effects.

Josh Whedon? I think he's the guy who's writing some of the X-men comics right now.

He's also the creator of Buffy the Vampire Slayer: the series. Judging by his handeling of empowering women in Buffy I think there's a good chance he'll do a good job with Wonder Woman. However, you never know. It could suck terribly. I'll check it out when it's finished before I place final judgement on it.

I seriously doubt that she would be up for the role even if she were asked. The reason she left Buffy was because she didn't want to become typecasted. So by playing Wonder Woman she'd be doing just that.

I agree with the general sentiment here. I'm not big on Wonder Woman, but I do love Joss Whedon so I'm not completely going to bash it right now.

I think that Brooke Burke the former Host of E Entertainments Wild On, actress, and she is a swimsuit model. She also was featured in Need For Speed 2 Underground video game. I would love for The Director to consider Brooke Burke for the role of Wonder Woman she is in my opinion the only woman besides Linda Carter that could play Wonder Woman. If any one Agrees let me here from you.
